GBP is participating in the development of the following databases:

IMG/GEBA: Integrated Microbial Genomes with Genome Encyclopedia of Bacteria and Archaea Genomes

The Integrated Microbial Genomes - Genome Encyclopedia of Bacteria and Archaea Genomes (IMG/GEBA) system serves as a vehicle for the preliminary release of GEBA genomes as soon as they are submitted to Genbank.

COAL

Cluster Overview of Archaeal Life (COAL) is a visualization tool of Archaeal protein clusters generated using a spectral bipartitioning approach. COAL also allows the correlation of phenotypic and phylogenetic information across protein space.

IMG/EDU: Integrated Microbial Genomes- Education Site

The Integrated Microbial Genomes- Education Site (IMG/EDU) system provides support for training and teaching functional annotation of microbial genomes using specific microbial genomes in the comparative context of all the genomes available in IMG. Existing or new genomes can be used for annotation with IMG/EDU, with the annotations kept restricted to specific training groups or classes or made publicly available. IMG/EDU is developed in collaboration with the BDMTC group

IMG/ER: Integrated Microbial Genomes- Expert Review

The Integrated Microbial Genomes- Expert Review (IMG/ER) system provides support to individual scientists or group of scientists for functional annotation and curation of their microbial genomes of interest. IMG/ER is developed in collaboration with the BDMTC group

FAMeS: Fidelity of Analysis of Metagenomic Samples

This site provides access to the simulated datasets, and aims to facilitate standardized benchmarking of tools for metagenomic processing and analysis.

IMG/M: Integrated Microbial Genomes with Metagenomes

The Integrated Microbial Genomes with Microbiome samples (IMG/M), provides tools for analyzing the functional capability of microbial communities based on their metagenome sequence, in the context of reference isolate genomes included from the Integrated Microbial Genomes (IMG) system. IMG/M is developed in collaboration with the BDMTC group

IMG: Integrated Microbial Genomes

The Integrated Microbial Genomes (IMG) system provides a framework for comparative analysis of the genomes sequenced by the Joint Genome Institute. IMG is developed in collaboration with the BDMTC group

GOLD: Genomes OnLine Database

Genomes Online Database is a World Wide Web resource for comprehensive access to information regarding complete and ongoing genome projects around the world.
